In this article, we intended to examine the Kantowski-Sach string cosmological model in the electromagnetic field with f(R, T) theory of gravity, where R shows Ricci Scalar and trace T shows stress energy tensor. At this time we proposed mixed energy momentum tensor as T_ij= S_(T_ij )+E_(T_ij ), where〖 E〗_(T_ij ) shows energy momentum tensor in the electromagnetic field and S_(T_ij ) shows energy momentum tensor in the string cloud. In this condition, we have to study the stability of the cosmological model and we find the exact solution in two ways of field equation in f(R, T) theory. We ensure the universe is stable or not. Some physical properties are discussed in detail in the investigated model.
